Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in CM, a California PE, and a proven track record in pursuing and delivering large-scale projects with strong client relations and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction management teams on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to win new work and grow regional presence.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pursuit and capture plans for CM projects in the region.
• Provide CM leadership and technical support to client and project teams.
• Mentor and expand regional CM resources; drive revenue and profitability.
• Coordinate staffing and execution doctrines with national leaders.
