State of Oklahoma seeks a Construction/Maintenance Technician III for Howard McLeod Correctional Center to handle building and grounds upkeep, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and safety tasks.

Position is full-time, on-site with no remote option. Salary is $40,627.85 and non-negotiable; five years building trades experience preferred. Applications note continuous posting date and end date as indicated.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of building and maintenance trades, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to supervise others and maintain records and reports.

Responsabilités

• Performs carpentry, repairs and renovations for buildings and fixtures.
• Maintains plumbing fixtures, electrical components and HVAC equipment basics.
• Operates and maintains construction and maintenance equipment; installs and repairs security devices.
