Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry work in construction or renovation of buildings and adds to existing structures.

• Maintains and repairs electrical, heating, AC equipment not requiring a license.
• Constructs and repairs locks, doors, and security devices; fabricates keys as needed.
• Constructs and repairs foundations, walls, stairs, and related structures.
• Operates and maintains construction equipment and tools.
