Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and light electrical systems not requiring a license.
• Operate, maintain and repair various building maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Inspect buildings, facilities and equipment for needed repairs and safety compliance.
• Construct and repair foundations, walls, walks and related structures.
• Supervise workers and coordinate maintenance projects; prepare reports on progress and costs.
