Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work in construction or renovation of buildings; erect and maintain scaffolds and related structures.
• Install, maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and related lines; handle minor equipment repairs.
• Perform electrical repairs not requiring a license; maintain heating, AC and other equipment.
• Install and maintain locks and security devices; cut keys and manage security systems.
• Construct and repair foundations and structures; operate and maintain construction equipment.
