Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building trades, tools and equipment.
• Ability to supervise others and write/maintain records and reports.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry work in the construction or renovation of buildings.
• Installs, maintains plumbing fixtures and electrical systems; repairs equipment.
• Maintains and repairs light fixtures, generators and motors; basic electrical repairs.
• Installs and maintains locks and security devices; cuts keys.
• Constructs and repairs foundations, walls, walks, and related structures.
• Operates and maintains construction and maintenance equipment.
