Job summary

Blueprint Capital Services, the parent company behind Blueprint Services LLC, seeks an Associate Loan Operations Manager to oversee and optimize diverse loan operations tasks in residential construction lending. You will coordinate loan pipeline review, funding, draw administration, and payoff processes, while guiding junior staff across the team.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in secured lending and loan administration.
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of all loan operations, including document generation, loan booking, payment posting, payoffs, draw requests, collateral management, post-closing functions, document imaging, and exception tracking.
• Act as a backup for all loan operations functions during employee absences.
• Support Acquisitions Team with purchase & sale agreements, legal entity reviews, escrow items, credit due diligence, financial statements and closing requirements.
• Manage complex loan structures and provide training to junior team members as needed.
• Lead yearly performance reviews and mentor junior staff to build loan operation expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve loan deficiencies and ensure document accuracy.
