Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a seasoned professional to service a Construction portfolio across multiple real estate groups. You will handle non-owner occupied construction/interim loan servicing, budgeting, and draw processing while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Strong communication with lending staff and partners is essential. You will independently review construction documents, manage pre-closing reviews, and support risk management across complex loan structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial loan experience.
• 3+ years of related commercial real estate experience, preferably in commercial construction lending.
• Familiarity with multi-bank loan participations and syndications.
• Familiarity with commercial banking systems (LoanIQ, SalesForce, LaserPro, DocuSign, BOS).

Responsibilities

• Support client service functions required by credit and non-credit products offered by Real Estate Capital Division.
• Manage post-closing services for assigned portfolio of loans with varying complexity.
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Provide backup for servicing for team members.
• Review project budgets, sources and uses, and loan documents during pre-closing processes.
