Job summary

Blueprint Capital Services, Seattle, seeks an Associate Loan Operations Manager to provide hands-on support across all aspects of the loan operations lifecycle, including pipeline review, funding, draw administration, payoff quotes, reconveyances, and insurance/appraisal ordering. The role requires 5–10 years of real estate lending experience and a solid understanding of loan fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of secured lending and loan administration experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of all aspects of loan operations, including document generation, loan booking, payment posting, payoffs, draw requests, collateral management, post-closing functions, document imaging, and exception tracking.
• Act as a backup for loan operations during employee absences.
• Support Acquisitions Team with purchase & sale agreements, legal entity reviews, escrow items, credit due diligence, and closing requirements.
• Manage complex loan structures, providing training to junior team members as needed.
• Assist in yearly performance reviews and mentor junior team members to develop loan operation expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve loan deficiencies and ensure document accuracy.
