Job summary

Blueprint Capital Services, Seattle, seeks an Associate Loan Operations Manager to provide hands-on support across all aspects of the loan operations lifecycle, including pipeline review, funding, draw administration, payoff quotes, reconveyances, and insurance/appraisal ordering. The role requires 5–10 years of real estate lending experience and a solid understanding of loan fundamentals.

Qualifications

5–10 years of secured lending and loan administration experience.
Undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in supervision of all aspects of loan operations, including document generation, loan booking, payment posting, payoffs, draw requests, collateral management, post-closing functions, document imaging, and exception tracking.
Act as a backup for loan operations during employee absences.
Support Acquisitions Team with purchase & sale agreements, legal entity reviews, escrow items, credit due diligence, and closing requirements.
Manage complex loan structures, providing training to junior team members as needed.
Assist in yearly performance reviews and mentor junior team members to develop loan operation expertise.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve loan deficiencies and ensure document accuracy.
