Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Senior Construction Loan Analyst to provide thorough objective analysis of construction documentation and funding requirements, serving as a subject matter expert for others. You will lead the real estate construction monitoring and review process, ensure proper data entry and funding approvals, and verify related documentation for accuracy before closing.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred for ideal candidate.
• 7+ years of relevant job experience preferred for advanced role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction documentation and funding requirements for loans.
• Lead construction monitoring and review, including funding requests and invoices.
• Ensure collateral is perfected prior to booking/funding the loan and verify documentation for accuracy.
• Review loan documents prepared by outside counsel for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Credit and Loan Administration for portfolio management.
• Assist Loan Servicing Manager with additional projects as needed.
