FNBO is seeking a Construction Analyst to oversee commercial construction lending, validate draw requests, and deliver objective assessments of collateral condition to the credit team through each stage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a structured monitoring calendar for construction loans, including milestone dates and reporting deadlines.
• Review contracts, permits, change orders, zoning documents, builder’s risk/general liability insurance and title requirements to mitigate delays.
• Coordinate on-site inspections to confirm the percentage of completion with construction consultants; participate in site visits.
• Track budget-to-actual variances; flag cost overruns, equity shortfalls, and reserve depletion for review.
• Validate supporting documentation, permits, lien waivers, budget reconciliations, and progress before disbursement.
• Generate audit-ready draw packages with documentation of approvals, inspections, and monitoring.
• Prepare periodic portfolio monitoring reports for credit leadership; include pipeline status and risk flags.
