Qualifications

• Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years in commercial banking.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate funding of draws while ensuring policy compliance and budget alignment.
• Provide policy guidance during origination and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clients, title companies, attorneys, and contractors when issues arise.
