Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 10 years in financial operations.
• Experience in commercial real estate lending, especially construction loans.
• Ability to manage large teams on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Administer all commercial construction loans and process loan advances.
• Monitor construction projects from inception to completion.
• Analyze construction cost estimates and review commitment letters.
• Oversee inspection reports and ensure compliance with loan docs and regulations.
• Validate municipal approvals and construction requirements have been met.
• Lead loan administration across two sites and manage staff.
