Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and active bar license.
- Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience with trial focus.
- Experience in construction industry is highly desirable.
- Strong research, writing, negotiation, and client-relations skills.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all stages of litigation, pre-trial, trial, and appeal.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for strategy.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
- Provide legal advice on risks and litigation strategies.
- Coordinate with legal support teams for case management.
- Negotiate settlements when appropriate.
- Stay updated on construction law and litigation trends.
- Engage in professional development to stay current.
