Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Washington Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in construction disputes.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex construction litigation and related civil-defense matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive briefs.
• Manage discovery, document production, and case investigation.
• Take and defend depositions, participate in hearings and settlements.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy and trial prep.
