Incendia Partners in Denver, CO is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Colorado practice. You will handle construction-related disputes with independence and collaborate with senior litigators on strategy within a national platform.

The role offers flexible remote and hybrid arrangements for qualified candidates, with opportunities to manage significant matters and develop trial and deposition experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Active Colorado Bar admission required.
• Construction litigation or construction defense experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing discovery and depositions.
• Ability to handle assignments independently and manage deadlines.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Trial experience is preferred.
• Collaborative, self-directed, and comfortable with substantial case responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and related civil litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other substantive legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop case strategy and discovery plans.
• Analyze contracts, project records, expert materials, and other evidence.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and developments.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy.
• Maintain responsibility for deadlines, case progress, and assigned matters.
