Midtown Manhattan construction law firm seeks a 5+ year litigation attorney for a fast-moving, one-and-done interview process. $150K-$200K, direct ownership of matters from day one.
We are a Midtown Manhattan law firm serving the design, development, and construction industries as a strategic legal advisor, not just outside counsel. Founded by two experienced construction law attorneys in 2006, our team works side by side with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors, advising on how to minimize risk and maximize outcomes from project kickoff through completion. We regularly visit client construction sites and get involved at critical project junctures, giving our attorneys real exposure to the industry they represent.
What We Are Looking For:
This Associate Attorney role sits within a Midtown Manhattan construction law firm's litigation and transactional practice. The ideal candidate has 5 or more years of experience directly handling litigation matters and is ready to take primary responsibility for multiple cases while also developing expertise drafting and negotiating construction-related agreements. Construction law experience is a strong plus; general litigation experience is required. This role is onsite 5 days per week, with the ability to work remotely on Fridays after approximately 6 months, contingent on performance.
