Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking a Construction Manager/Project Executive in Utah to lead multi-project portfolios, drive predictable outcomes, and mentor managers and superintendents. You will be the main executive contact for owners and support business development, delivering on schedule, financial targets, and quality standards.

The role requires a 4-year construction-related degree and 15+ years of PM experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to align

Qualifications

15+ years of project management experience.
4-year degree in a construction-related major.
Must be able to pass a drug test and comply with our company vehicle safety program.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor project managers and superintendents to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Oversee financial performance, schedule, and quality for projects within the portfolio.
Develop and maintain client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and manage pre-construction efforts.
Provide executive oversight during project acquisition and execution, ensuring cradle-to-grave performance.
