Job summary

Unispace is expanding its North American presence and establishing an Austin operation. We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex workplace projects from preconstruction through completion.

You will build trusted client relationships, manage programme and risk, and collaborate with strategy, design, and construction teams to deliver exceptional environments for world-class clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering commercial interiors or workplace projects.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk on complex projects.

The Opportunity

As Senior Construction Manager, you\'ll lead the successful delivery of complex workplace projects from preconstruction through to completion.

You\'ll build trusted client relationships, oversee programme, commercial performance and project delivery, while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the exceptionally high standards Unispace is known for.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Leading multiple workplace and commercial interior projects from inception through completion
• Acting as the primary client contact throughout project delivery
• Managing programme, budgets, commercial performance and project risk
• Working closely with strategy, design and construction teams as one integrated business
• Supporting and mentoring project teams
• Helping establish and grow our Austin operation

About You

You\'ll likely have extensive experience delivering commercial interiors, workplace or design & build projects within a Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar leadership position.

You\'ll also bring:
