Job summary

Unispace is seeking a Project Construction Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large workplace design and construction projects. You will bridge client needs with design teams, site leadership, subcontractors and vendors to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

You will lead planning, preconstruction and construction phases, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor junior team members to uphold delivery standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/construction management experience in design/fit-out or construction.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and expectations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex construction projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring safety, quality, programme, budget and client expectations.
• Serve as primary client contact and build trusted relationships to exceed expectations.
• Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, procurement, resources, risk, changes and compliance to deliver on time and within budget.
• Lead regular client and stakeholder meetings, provide progress updates and proactive issue resolution.
