This senior role requires 10+ years in project/construction management, strong communication, and hands-on leadership with robust project controls and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/construction management experience in design/fit-out/construction.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage expectations.
• Proficient with project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through close-out.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk.
• Lead regular client meetings and ensure open, solution-focused communication.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; resolve coordination issues with site teams.
• Monitor site safety, quality, and adherence to drawings and codes; lead inspections.
