We're now growing our Austin operation and are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent / Project Manager to help lead workplace construction delivery across Texas.

The Opportunity

As Site Superintendent / Project Manager, you'll oversee the successful on-site delivery of high-profile workplace fit-out and corporate interiors projects.

You'll lead subcontractors, manage programme, champion health and safety, maintain quality standards and work closely with our wider delivery teams to ensure every workplace is delivered to the exceptional standards our clients expect.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day site operations across workplace fit-out projects
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
• Driving programme, quality and health & safety performance
• Working collaboratively with strategy, design and construction teams
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and delivery partners
• Helping establish and grow our Austin operation

About You

You'll likely have significant experience delivering commercial workplace fit-out, tenant improvement (TI) or corporate interiors projects as a Site Superintendent, Senior Site Manager or similar field leadership position.

You'll also bring:

• Excellent site leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of fit-out sequencing and delivery
• Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to commute into Austin as our local office continues to grow

Experience within workplace fit-out, commercial interiors or tenant improvement (TI) is essential.
