Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a Senior Client Executive for the Northeast Construction Practice. You will manage complex Property & Casualty programs for large construction clients across Metro New York, Long Island, and New Jersey, serving as a strategic advisor to drive retention and growth.

The ideal candidate has 8–15+ years of P&C experience, strong construction industry knowledge, established carrier relationships, and a proven track record in managing major accounts.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Minimum 5+ years supporting large construction clients.
• Strong Metro New York construction experience and relationships in NYC, Long Island, Northern New Jersey.
• Experience managing complex middle market and large account construction programs.
• Established relationships with contractors, construction managers, project owners and markets preferred.
• Professional designations CPCU, CIC, CRM, ARM or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers and Practice Leaders to support new business development, retention and expansion.
• Serve as lead client advisor and relationship manager for a portfolio of complex construction accounts.
• Develop and implement insurance and risk management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Evaluate exposures and provide coverage, risk transfer and contractual risk recommendations.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Lead renewal strategy meetings, stewardship presentations, and carrier discussions.
• Review policies, endorsements, contracts, and indemnification provisions.
• Maintain relationships with carriers, contractors, managers, developers and owners.
• Monitor market activity and identify client opportunities and risks.
• Mentor Client Managers and service team members through technical guidance.
