Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Client Executive to join our Northeast Construction Practice. This role manages complex Property & Casualty programs for large construction clients across the Metro New York region, serving as a strategic advisor to drive retention and growth.

The ideal candidate has deep construction risk expertise, extensive client management experience, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver tailored risk transfer and coverage

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Minimum 5+ years supporting large construction clients.
• Strong Metro New York construction experience and relationships in NYC, Long Island, NJ.
• Experience managing complex middle market and large account construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers to support new business development and client retention.
• Lead as the lead client advisor and relationship manager for a portfolio of complex construction accounts.
• Develop and implement insurance and risk management strategies aligned with clients’ objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver integrated client solutions and review policy terms.
