Job summary

STV currently has openings for Construction Inspectors in the Transportation group in Pennsylvania. Field offices in Eastern and Central Pennsylvania, including Douglassville, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia regions.

These roles require 4–8 years of highway/bridge inspection experience with NICET Level III or equivalent; knowledge of PennDOT/PA Turnpike documentation systems is essential. STV offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in highway/bridge construction inspection, with 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• NICET Level III Certification or active PE license may substitute.
• Strong knowledge of PennDOT/PA Turnpike documentation and electronic systems.
• Certifications in ACI/PennDOT concrete, NECEPT asphalt and related areas desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of Construction Inspection staff and review contractor work for conformance.
• Prepare and edit inspection reports with quantities, materials, and costs.
• Maintain project site presence to resolve issues quickly and keep schedules.
• Assist in close-out, payments, punch lists, and change orders.
