Job summary

Magnoliacompanies is seeking an experienced New Construction HVAC Sr. Technician to handle the installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems in the Washington DC area. Applicants should have a Journeyman HVAC License and a strong understanding of HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVACR systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform testing of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Skills

Troubleshooting high-voltage equipment and controls

Managing multiple projects and crews independently

Proficient with tablets, iPads, and digital service software

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Education

Journeyman HVAC License

Journeyman Gasfitter License
