Job summary

A leading HVAC services provider in Washington DC is hiring HVAC Start-up/Commissioning Technicians for full-time positions in commercial projects. Responsibilities include commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC systems. Ideal candidates will have a CFC/Universal License and at least 5 years of relevant experience. The position offers excellent compensation ranging from $82,000 to $104,000 annually, daily per diem for travel, and comprehensive benefits including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in building commercial mechanical projects or equipment.
• Must have effective communication skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from drawings, specifications, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Start-up, commission, maintain, and service HVAC systems.
• Work from blueprints, drawings, and instructions to install systems.
• Test pipe joints and connections for leaks.
