Job summary

Magnoliacompanies is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician to manage, service, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC/R systems in the DC metropolitan area. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong technical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC construction.
• Strong technical aptitude with a well-rounded understanding of HVAC/R systems and code compliance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, labor, materials, and quality control for HVAC/R systems and equipment.
• Perform start‑up, troubleshooting, servicing, testing, and commissioning of commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Effectively communicate project updates, issues, and solutions with office staff and field personnel.
