Job summary

Magnolia Companies is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician to manage and service commercial HVAC/R equipment on construction projects in the DC metropolitan area. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills to lead small teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC construction.
• EPA Certification for refrigerant handling required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, labor, materials, and quality control for HVAC/R systems and equipment.
• Perform start-up, troubleshooting, servicing, testing, and commissioning of commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Effectively communicate project updates, issues, and solutions with office staff and field personnel.
