Responsibilities

• Establish training plans for Technician employees and keep training up to date.
• Perform site visits and 1:1 meetings with Service and Construction Technicians.
• Interact with customers to assess performance and incorporate feedback.
• Contribute to strategic planning around on-site execution.
• Ensure Technicians are equipped with tools and PPE.
• Coach Technicians through construction and commissioning questions.
• Stay informed of new field tools and apply to projects.
• Document processes consistently across departments.
• Lead quality control activities for the branch.
• Manage KPIs and report to Operations Managers.
