Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of related experience is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and job-related documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew, schedule materials and equipment for the project.
• Analyze crew SIPs and create site SIPs for reporting.
• Code and control onsite costs, and assist with billing inputs.
• Attend meetings and communicate goals to stakeholders.
• Ensure OSHA/MSHA safety policies are followed on site.
• Maintain field records and support project managers.
