Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to oversee field operations and construction activities on local SE Pennsylvania projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superintendent experience, strong leadership and planning skills, and the ability to manage field crews and subcontractors while prioritizing safety, quality, schedule and productivity.

Compensation is $120,000.00 – $180,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience as a Superintendent.
• OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Certification required.
• Ability to lead multiple field crews and subcontractors across active construction operations.
• Strong understanding of planning, specifications, productivity, cost tracking, scheduling, and manpower management.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA requirements, QA/QC processes, and construction equipment.
• Leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Anestablished and growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced HeavyCivil Superintendent to oversee field operations and construction activities onlocal projects throughout Southeast Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate willhave demonstrated superintendent experience, strong leadership and planningskills, and the ability to effectively manage field crews and subcontractorswhile maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, andproductivity.

This positionoffers the opportunity to work on local projects within approximately 100 milesof Newtown, PA, allowing employees to remain close to home while taking on ahigh level of responsibility in the field.

Compensation

Schedule

Day Shift,Monday – Friday.

Occasionalovertime and schedule flexibility may be required to meet project demands.

Projects areprimarily located within approximately 1–2 hours of the office, allowing forlocal travel with minimal overnight work.

Requirements

• 5+ years ofheavy civil construction experience with demonstrated responsibility as aSuperintendent.
• OSHA 10-Houror 30-Hour Certification required.
• Provenability to lead multiple field crews, supervisors, and subcontractors acrossactive construction operations.
• Strongunderstanding of construction planning, project specifications, productivity,cost tracking, scheduling, and manpower management.
• Thoroughknowledge of OSHA requirements, industry best practices, constructionequipment, and QA/QC processes.
• Strongleadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills with theability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• MicrosoftOffice proficiency and valid Driver's License; ability to work on localprojects within approximately 100 miles of Newtown, PA.

PreferredExperience

• Heavy civil,highway, bridge, industrial, or other complex construction projects.
• Constructionplanning, work sequencing, and schedule management.
• Budgetmanagement, job cost tracking, productivity monitoring, and projectforecasting.
• Reading andinterpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Materialtracking, project submittals, document control, and QA/QC implementation.
• Strong safetyleadership and ability to proactively manage field conditions and constructionchallenges.
