Job Overview

Mast Roofing & Construction in Oley, PA is actively searching for a full‑time Hands‑On Construction Foreman who can confidently lead, organize, troubleshoot, and work hands‑on alongside a crew in the Berks County, PA area. The position plays a vital role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and according to company quality standards.

The foreman will work a flexible schedule of 45–55 hours per week.

Annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, a retirement plan, paid time off, bonuses, a company truck, laptop, phone, and technical and sales training.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage crews on the job site, troubleshooting challenges and coaching crew members as needed.

Maintain safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance, preventing delays and controlling job costs while keeping projects on schedule.

Provide direction, coaching, productivity improvement, and safety leadership, and engage in hands‑on work with the crew when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in residential construction
• 1 year of crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to read plans, blueprints, scopes of work, and material specifications
• Ability to measure doors and windows with great accuracy
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, stretching, and performing hands‑on construction tasks
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety standards preferred
