The role requires a Class A CDL, OSHA 10, and strong leadership with travel up to 40% as needed. Competitive hourly pay with bonus potential is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leadership in construction management.
• OSHA 10 hour and Competent Person certifications required.
• Valid Class A CDL license is mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, organized, productive leadership for the crew.
• Train and supervise crew, enforce safety and procedures.
• Coordinate with Area Crew Supervisor for training needs.
• Communicate contract aspects with the customer.
• Plan daily assignments and monitor progress and safety.
• Manage project plans, scheduling, and subcontractors.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Recommend promotions, demotions, and wage adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
