Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Crew Foreman to lead a crew, uphold safety standards, and drive profitable, high-quality projects. The role emphasizes training, coordination with the Area Crew Supervisor, and strong client communication.

Qualified candidates will have OSHA 10 hour and a valid Class A CDL, plus the ability to manage multiple tasks and travel up to 40%. Salary is hourly with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years leadership in management in the building construction industry.
• OSHA 10 hour, Equipment Operation and Competent Person Certifications.
• Applicant must hold a valid class A CDL license.
• Standard weight lifting requirements - 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to operate construction hand tools and other specialized equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership by creating a safe, organized work environment that is productive and enjoyable.
• Ensure crew members are trained and follow safety and construction procedures.
• Coordinate efforts with the Area Crew Supervisor for training and re-training.
• Communicate with the customer on all contractual aspects of the project.
• Organize specific jobs for the crew to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Lead by example and ensure timely starts and stops.
