Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Crew Foreman to lead a field crew on projects nationwide. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Foreman will plan daily work, train crew members, coordinate with the Area Crew Supervisor, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and participate in hiring and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leadership in building construction management.
• OSHA 10 hour, equipment operation and competent person certifications.
• Valid Class A CDL license required.
• 40% travel including overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership by creating a safe, organized work environment.
• Coordinate crew training and safety procedures.
• Manage project scheduling and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Interview, hire, and integrate new employees into the Morton Buildings team.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with Morton quality.
• Daily planning and reporting of progress and safety items.
