The role requires a CDL Class A license, OSHA 10 certification, and proven leadership in construction. Expect travel and a compensation package with hourly pay and bonus potential in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership in construction management.
• OSHA 10 hour certification required.
• Must hold a valid class A CDL license.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to manage safety, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership and a safe, organized work environment.
• Ensure crew training and compliance with safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Area Crew Supervisor for training and best practices.
• Manage customer communications on contractual aspects of projects.
• Plan daily work and review progress and safety items.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Participate in hiring and integrating new team members.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and reporting.
