Zusammenfassung

HNTB Corporation is seeking a Construction Rep to provide field and office support during construction phases. You will assist the Resident Engineer in coordinating testing, quality control, and progress reporting while maintaining project data (drawings and specs) and overseeing field activities.

You will also mentor junior staff, track quantities, prepare pay estimates, and help resolve issues in collaboration with the project team and engineer of record.

Qualifikationen

• Requires an Associates degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction management or related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract documents, RFIs, submittals, and change management.

• Assist the Resident Engineer and project team with construction engineering tasks.
• Inspect and oversee field activities to ensure conformance with plans and specs.
• Prepare reports on construction progress and weekly updates.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and constructability reviews.
• Lead daily assignments and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Support project controls, budgets, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate material testing and quality control inspections.
• Resolve field issues and provide timely solutions with engineers.
