HNTB is seeking a Construction Rep to provide field and office support during construction phases. You will work with the Resident Engineer, maintain project data, coordinate testing, and prepare progress reports. This role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, with 2 years of experience or equivalent.

• Reads and understands plans and specifications.
• Recognizes, documents, and escalates field issues.
• Calculates pay quantities and monitors documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Performs office management tasks; prepares meeting agendas/minutes and tracks RFIs, submittals, pay estimates.
• Assists with field tasks to ensure conformance to plans and specs; coordinates quality inspections.
• Observes on-site material testing and coordinates testing services.
• Performs quantity calculations for payments and keeps project data updated.
• Reviews and verifies contractor daily reports and as-builts with photos/videos.
• Communicates progress to Resident Engineer and assists in issue resolution.
• Keeps up-to-date with industry tools and technologies to enhance inspection tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
