Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering with 7 years of relevant experience.
• PhD in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply senior-level technical expertise to a broad range of engineering solutions.
• Lead discipline planning, work distribution, schedule adherence, and budget on complex projects.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for complex projects and manage adherence to scope and budget.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of the project team’s work within the discipline.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners.
• Lead discipline delivery on larger, multi-disciplinary projects and collaborate with other disciplines.
