You will manage scopes, budgets, and schedules across restricted environments, ensuring compliance with auditing guidelines while collaborating with end-users and vendors. This role emphasizes building infrastructure, office-space environments, and operational areas, with travel about 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clearly develop and communicate the scope of work to end-users, partners, and vendors.
• Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, including handling change requests and amendments.
• Work with Procurement to select consultants and contractors by preparing bid instructions and analyzing bids.
• Implement building standards by selecting fixtures, finishes, and furnishings.
• Lead reviews of drawings and specifications with stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee project schedules using project sequencing.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates to the facility team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate design and construction activities, including vendor access management.
• Collaborate with the project team to refine designs and address challenges.
• Inspect progress to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Plan for disruptions to minimize impact on occupants.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, invoicing, and change orders.
