The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects across our facilities.

You will manage design and construction activities for Federal Reserve branches, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and high standards of safety and compliance. Ideal candidates have extensive construction project management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Asana, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Construction Project Management.
• At least eight years of relevant construction field experience.
• Typically at least five years in Project Management/Construction Management.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, design documents, and complex construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Clearly develop and communicate the scope of work to end-users, partners, and vendors.
• Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, including handling change requests and amendments.
• Coordinate with Procurement to select consultants and contractors, prepare bid instructions, and analyze bids.
• Lead reviews of drawings and specifications with end-users and stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee project schedules using project sequencing knowledge.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular progress updates to the facility team and stakeholders.
• Oversee all financial aspects including budgeting, contracts, invoicing, and change orders.
