Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction/Cost Management or related field.
• 5+ years of estimating experience in CM-based roles.
• Experience delivering at-risk cost estimates for large projects.
• Experience in Life Sciences construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through design across regions.
• Deliver updated cost plans at design milestones.
• Coordinate and supervise support staff on cost estimation tasks.
• Review design changes and prepare estimates with appropriate accuracy.
