Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to join our team to support large-scale construction projects and programs. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with a strong track record of providing accurate estimating services.

Responsibilities include developing cost plans from concept to detailed design, delivering cost updates at milestones, and coordinating with internal and external staff across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction cost management.
• Experience in cost estimation, pre-construction services and life cycle costing.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design across regions.
• Deliver updated cost plans at design milestones.
• Coordinate, manage, and supervise the work of support staff.
• Review design changes and prepare estimates within required accuracy.
• Support training and leadership presentations for Preconstruction and Estimating teams.
• Deliver Life Cycle Costing models.
