Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to support large-scale projects and programs. You will develop cost plans from concept through detailed design and present updated estimates at milestones, coordinating with internal and external staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field with 5–7 years of experience in cost management, value engineering, and pre-construction services. On-site presence may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction cost management roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale projects and programs.
• Knowledge of value management and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design across regions.
• Deliver and present updated cost plans at design milestones.
• Provide program-level estimates for specific scopes of work.
• Coordinate, manage, and supervise support staff.
• Review design changes and prepare estimates with appropriate accuracy.
• Contribute to cost model trends by analyzing project data.
• Assess cost effectiveness of alternate products and value engineering ideas.
• Support training on new estimating tools/templates.
• Prepare leadership presentations for Preconstruction and Estimating teams.
• Deliver Life Cycle Costing models; SOX controls may apply.
