Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in support of large-scale Life Sciences construction projects. The ideal candidate will deliver accurate CM-based at-risk cost estimates and provide strategic cost leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in support of large-scale Life Sciences construction projects and programs. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong track record of delivering accurate, CM-based at-risk cost estimates and providing strategic cost leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively organize and influence diverse stakeholder groups, and experience evaluating change orders through analytical and fact-based approaches.

The base salary range for this role is $140K-$170K USD. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
