Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in construction estimating, with hardscape or commercial focus.
• Proven track record managing $20M–$40M annually in estimating.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and processes.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Review and evaluate project plans, specs, and scopes to develop precise cost estimates.
• Calculate material, labor, and subcontractor costs and track market trends.
• Prepare detailed, competitive bids and present proposals to clients.
• Engage with clients to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with project managers for smooth handoffs and project execution.
• Address client inquiries and ensure high levels of service.
