Job summary
Jobot is seeking an experienced Estimator in Irvine to forecast project costs, working directly with Owners, Architects, and Developers on a diverse mix of projects from residential to commercial. The role offers a strong compensation package, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project cost estimates for construction projects.
- Review blueprints and specs to prepare cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits to gather estimation data.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
- Analyze subcontractor bids for fairness and accuracy.
- Maintain estimation documentation and databases.
- Present bids to clients and stakeholders.
