Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to build a pipeline of target customers and pursue growth opportunities in Central Indiana.

You will oversee on-site administrative, operational, and technical aspects of projects including estimating, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include generating leads, estimating quantities, reviewing proposals, securing contracts, coordinating schedules, and managing costs and pay estimates to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction estimating and/or project management.
• Experience with HCSS software preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Estimating software.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by identifying potential customers and building strategic relationships.
• Accurately estimate quantities and crews required.
• Evaluate design options and recommend alternatives to secure work.
• Review proposals, negotiate and secure contracts.
• Complete job setup including subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Schedule work, equipment, personnel, and subcontractors with the project superintendent.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with engineers, unions, and subcontractors.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure cost tracking.
• Maintain safety, quality, and labor policy compliance.
• Review pay estimates and generate billings.
