Rieth-Riley Construction Co. in Indiana is seeking a Cost Estimator to prepare bids for private and public projects, including earthwork, concrete, and asphalt paving. You will oversee all administrative and technical aspects of the bidding process.
In this role, you’ll analyze contract documents, determine bid strategies with area management, conduct pre-bid site visits, solicit quotations, and develop accurate takeoffs and cost estimates to ensure competitive proposals.

SUMMARY
Prepares cost estimates for a variety of private and public projects with scopes of work including earthwork, concrete, and asphalt paving. For assigned projects, oversees all administrative and technical aspects of the bidding process.
